Luke love LilyRoad trip Brisbane to Alice Springs 2012 It’s been a month now. More. Since we stood in the desert and watched the sun setting in the west as the moon rose in the east. And in that moment we were suddenly tiny, insignificantly small. Living on a planet that will be floating in space trillions of years after we’re dead. There’s been days since that I’ve wished us back there, immune from the outside world. Because even though the terrors came creeping in, it was too far away to matter. Luke was next to me, solid and steady. And Lily was waiting, patiently, beautiful. And while those old anxieties boiled and scratched from the outside, we were just there, weary, our feet covered in red dirt, watching the moon float over Coober Pedy. | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() |
